The Bell County District Clerk has been processing E-Filing since January 2006.  The mandatory deadline for eFiling for all Civil and Family cases is July 1, 2014.  Now is the time to get started. To get started, go to www.efiletexas.gov .

In late 2012, the Texas Supreme Court mandated electronic filing in civil cases in district courts, statutory county courts, constitutional county courts and statutory probate courts on a graduated schedule from January 2014 through July 2016.(Supreme Court Order for Civil Electronic Filing and Supreme Court Final E-Filing Rules)
